Who we are

NobleFlow is the trading name of NobleFlow Ops Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of Ireland. We are the controller of the personal information described on this page, and we handle it in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish data protection law.

What we collect and why

• When you book a call. Your name, your email address and anything you tell us in the booking form, so we can hold the call and follow up with you afterwards.
• When you send an enquiry. The answers you give in our enquiry form, so we can reply to you.
• When you email us. Your email and contact details, so we can reply.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us and, where you ask about working with us, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Cookies

This website doesn't set any cookies and doesn't track you.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run the business, who may only use your information to provide their service to us, and anyone the law requires us to share it with. We never sell your information.

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where your information is transferred, it is protected by safeguards recognised under EU law, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

How long we keep it

If you get in touch and we don't end up working together, we keep your details for up to two years after our last contact. If you become a client, we keep our records for as long as we work together and for six years afterwards, as Irish tax and company law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
• ask us to correct or delete it
• ask us to stop or limit how we use it, or object to our use of it
• ask for it in a format you can take to another provider
